Dr. Vishwas Gaikwad has over 31 years of experience in teaching and has done his Ph. D in physical chemistry. Dr Vishwas is currently the Principal of K.T.H.M.College of Nashik, Maharashtra.

Dr Vishwas believes that teaching chemistry requires immense talent as it is an art to put across the concepts to the students in an easy way for them to understand. According to him, chemistry can be best taught in a laboratory which is well-equipped with all the latest and sophisticated instruments.

He is also of the opinion that chemistry can be demonstrated by way of cartoons for students who are six years and above for easy and better understanding.
