Dr V Ravinder has done his Ph. D in inorganic chemistry and is currently a professor with Kakatiya University in Warangal, Andhra Pradesh. Dr V Ravinder has 27 years of experience in teaching and is a recipient of AP Scientist award of 2011.

Dr V Ravinder is of the opinion that a day without chemicals is almost impossible as we are surrounded by natural and synthetic chemicals. According to him, by making children explore and observe things around them and by substantiating it with proper explanation, it will be easy to help them learn chemistry and understand how things work.

Dr v Ravinder follows a unique way called as LecturePlus to teach. As per this method, the teaching process is student centred and it leads to better understanding of the concepts.
