Mr. Ravindra Bhaskar has been teaching chemistry since the last 22 years. He is currently teaching at the New English Junior College, Akola. He specializes in Inorganic Chemistry. He is currently undergoing his Ph.D work from Sant Gadgebaba Amravati University, he has done his M.Sc. (Inorganic Chemistry) from the Institute of Science Nagpur and B.Sc. from Shri Shivaji College, Akot.

Although teaching is his top priority, he also works for society by any means. His motto in life is to 'Develop a scientific attitude in the students which will percolate in rural development of the nation.' He has been the coordinator of the District Science Forum since the last 18 years. He also organizes various activities such as District Level Teachers Science Workshop, Science exhibitions and other such activities.

He believes teaching is a continuous learning process and being a teacher is the best way to impart knowledge and interact with youngsters who are tomorrow's nation builders. He teaches his students through practical demonstrations allowing them to draw conclusions and come to the correct understanding of the matter.
